WizKids announced that Zev Shlasinger will be parting ways them after seven years with the company.
Shlasinger joined WizKids in 2016 as their Director of Board Game Development (see “Shlasinger Joins WizKids“) after he exited Z-Man Games (see “Zev Shlasinger Exiting Z-Man”). At WizKids, he expanded their board game offerings significantly, adding titles to their catalog such as Super Skill Pinball, Fantasy Realms, Sidereal Confluence, Rock-Paper-Wizard, and Dungeon Scrawlers.
“I would like to share my heartfelt thanks to Zev for an amazing seven years of service,” said Justin Ziran, President of WizKids. “I look forward to future collaborations with Zev should our paths cross, and I sincerely hope they do.”
The decision for Shlasinger to depart Wizkids was both mutual and amicable. He will be seeking new opportunities in the tabletop space.
“As with all good campaign settings in games, I look forward to my next adventures in the hobby game industry,” said Shlasinger of his departure.
