The online Pokémon TCG game is shutting down prior to the launch of Pokémon Trading Card Game Live.
The Pokémon Trading Card Game Online will be removed from the App Store, Google Play, and Pokemon.com—and game servers will be shut down—on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 9 a.m. PDT. This comes prior to the full global launch of Pokémon Trading Card Game Live on Thursday, June 8, 2023. Pokémon TCG Live is currently available in beta to players around the world on iOS and Android devices, as well as PCs and Macs.
Until otherwise notified, players will be able to migrate their Pokémon TCG Online account information even after sunsetting occurs. If you have unopened Pokémon TCG Online content, please make sure to open it ahead of the game’s sunsetting. Likewise, if you have any deck lists you wish to save, you should export those ahead of the sunset date.

You can still complete levels in the current Battle Pass and earn rewards until June 8, 2023, so there’s no better time to log in to Pokémon TCG Live.

Ahead of the release of the tabletop version, the latest expansion of the best-selling Pokémon TCG, Scarlet & Violet—Paldea Evolved, will be playable in Pokémon TCG Live beginning June 8, 2023, at 10 a.m. PDT, allowing players to collect and battle with new Pokémon ex and Tera Pokémon ex cards. In addition, to celebrate the official launch of Pokémon TCG Live, players who log in to the game between May 2, 2023, at 10 a.m. PDT, and June 6, 2023, at 10 a.m. PDT, will receive special customization accessories, including a coin, card sleeves and deck box.
Developed and published by The Pokémon Company International, Pokémon TCG Live allows players to enjoy the Pokémon TCG in an updated digital format.
