The classic Nintendo 64 battle game is now available to play with your membership.
There’s even more retro Pokémon fun in store for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members now that the classic Nintendo 64 title Pokémon Stadium has been added to the service. This game, which was originally released in 2000, was the first to show Pokémon in 3D, giving Trainers a whole new perspective on their Pokémon partners.
Pokémon Stadium’s focus is Pokémon battles, featuring structured tournaments that let Trainers put their skills and strategies to the test. There’s also a variety of exciting minigames that feature Pokémon in fun and humorous situations.
Please note that any N64 Transfer Pak functionality from Pokémon Stadium’s original release—which allowed players to import Pokémon from early handheld Pokémon titles—is not available in this version.
