Add this Flying-type sync pair to your team during Pasio’s Palentine’s Day celebration.
Palentine’s Day, Pasio’s annual celebration of friendship, is here once again in Pokémon Masters EX, and Elesa, Nimbasa City’s Gym Leader, is dressed for the occasion beside her new Pokémon partner, Togetic.
Typically partnered with Electric-type Pokémon, Elesa is trying a new style as a Flying-type strike sync pair. Elesa (Palentine’s 2023) & Togetic can boost their power with Dire Hit + and Delivering Delight! before striking true with Fly. Their passive skills pack a supereffective punch, with Super Powered 5 strengthening supereffective attacks and Super Countdown 9 reducing the sync move countdown after a successful supereffective move.
Elesa (Palentine’s 2023) & Togetic will be available in the sync pair scout until February 20, 2023, at 9:59 p.m. PST.

Skyla and Elesa are best friends, so it’s no surprise they work well together. Skyla & Swanna can raise allied sync pairs’ Defense and Speed by up to four stat ranks with Take Flight! This added Speed quickens the move gauge’s refill rate, thus allowing for more frequent attacks—which in turn clears the skies for faster use of Elesa (Palentine’s 2023) & Togetic’s powerful sync move, Sugary Beauty Flying Impact! Skyla & Swanna and Elesa (Palentine’s 2023) & Togetic also share the Flying and Unova theme skills, granting both pairs beautiful bonuses while on the same team. Skyla & Swanna can be acquired after completing Chapter 5 of the main story.
Flying-type sync pairs flock together, and Falkner & Swellow are another excellent choice to uplift Elesa (Palentine’s 2023) & Togetic. Falkner & Swellow can raise the critical-hit rate of all allied sync pairs by up to four stat ranks with Dire Hit All + and the Attack and Sp. Atk of all allied sync pairs by up to four stat ranks with Soar! With Falkner & Swellow raising their stats, Elesa (Palentine’s 2023) & Togetic can focus on dealing devastating damage with Metronome and Fly. Falkner & Swellow are available to scout from the general pool of 5★ sync pairs, as well as from the 5★-Guaranteed Ticket Scout and 5★-Guaranteed Johto Ticket Scout.

The featured Sync Pair will be released with their Sync Grid expanded and will have the ability to be raised to 6★ EX in conjunction with this sync pair scout.
Special Friend Snapshots
You can obtain a special Friend Snapshot that can be viewed in the Trainer Lodge by teaming up with 5★ Elesa (Palentine’s 2023) & Togetic.

Tiered Scout Details
Tiered Scouts are special Sync Pair Scouts that can only be used with Paid Gems.
Each time you scout, you will proceed to the next tier. By using scouts in Tiers 5 and 10, you will receive special tickets to use in the Ticket Scout!

You can use the ticket you get in Tier 10 on the Elesa Seasonal Guaranteed Ticket Scout to team up with 5★ Elesa (Palentine’s 2023) & Togetic guaranteed!
Note: Tickets earned from the Elesa Seasonal Tiered Scout can only be used for the Ticket Scouts featuring 5★ Elesa (Palentine’s 2023) & Togetic.

Important
- The Tiered Scout requires Paid Gems.
- You cannot gain Scout Points in the Tiered Scout.
- You can go to the Ticket Scout screen to check how many tickets you have received from the Tiered Scout. You cannot view this information from your Bag.

- Once you’ve gone through every tier in the Tiered Scout, it will no longer appear on the Sync Pair Scout selection screen.

- There is a possibility that these Seasonal Sync Pairs will appear outside of this seasonal sync pair scout in the future as well.
- Sync pairs other than the ones mentioned above may also appear in the seasonal sync pair scout.
- To unlock the sync grid, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
- To upgrade to 6★ EX, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
- The presents obtainable in the Elesa Seasonal Scout cannot be obtained from the 4th Sync Pair Scout ×11 onwards.
- The presents obtainable in the Elesa Seasonal Scout will be sent to your Present Box.
