Tokyopop has reached an agreement with indie creative company Noir Caesar Entertainment, which supports and nourishes art from marginalized communities in animation, film, television, and comics, to publish their manga-inspired comics, beginning with three graphic novels this summer, the companies announced.
Noir Caesar Entertainment was founded by former NBA (and current international) player Johnny O’Bryant III in 2017 with a focus on original stories by BIPOC creators to bring diversity to anime and manga.
