Hot Toys debuts a Star Wars Super Battle Droid

Hot Toys celebrates the 20th anniversary of Star Wars: Attack of the Clones with new figure reveals — adding a Super Battle Droid to their selection of 1/6 scale figures!

The galaxy is on the brink of war. A new threat has surfaced in the form of a powerful separatist movement, leading to the beginning of the Clone Wars — and signaling doom for the Republic. The battle of Geonosis sparks the conflict and also introduces a new type of battle droid. Bulkier, stronger, and more advanced than the standard mechanical soldier, the Super Battle Droids are tireless and fearless.

Based on their appearance in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, the Super Battle Droid 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure features a newly developed body, with an LED light-up feature on the chest, and has over 18 points of articulation which allow for new levels of flexibility and posing potential. The figure is carefully painted in metallic and matte black with weathered effects, and comes with articulated mechanical graspers plus an interchangeable battle damaged elbow. The Super Battle Droid 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure is presented in commemorative packaging featuring the Star Wars: Attack of the Clones 20th Anniversary logo.
