New Heist Game by Matagot for U.S. Retail
Asmodee will release Bad Company, a new heist game, into U.S. retail on January 20, 2023.
In Bad Company, players recruit members for their gang and attempt to complete heists. Players have 11 gang members on their personal board, whom they can upgrade with cards to change their appearance and gain different abilities. On their turn, a player rolls four dice and splits them into pairs. They then assign the pairs of dice to different gang members to activate them.
Once activated, the gang member can provide resources for heists, money to upgrade gang members, or advance their player’s car through the city so they can avoid police. This game ends when a player completes a sixth heist or is in a car that reached the dock on the city track. The player with the most points wins.
The game box comes with 2 game boards, a reference sheet, 54 Upgrade cards, 30 Loot cards, 48 Heist cards, 6 Reference cards, 12 Gang board pieces, 5 Dice, 6 Recruiter meeples, 6 scoring discs, 7 Car meeples, 70 Check Markers, 37 coin tokens, 4 Necklace tokens, and a rulebook. This game is for one to six players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 30 to 45 minutes. It will retail for $54.99.
Asmodee will also release Pan’s Island, a new cooperative game by Matagot (see “Asmodee Will Release ‘Pan’s Island’“).
