Hero Initiative, the charity that helps comic book creators in medical or financial need, will host six amazing creators at its booth, #1501, at the 2022 Baltimore Comic-Con, October 28-30, 2022 at the Baltimore Convention Center. Tickets can be purchased online now.

Scott Dunbier is a former comic book art dealer from New York. In 1995, he relocated to San Diego to work at Jim Lee’s WildStorm Productions. He soon became special projects editor and then Editor-in-Chief. He moved over to IDW Publishing in 2008 as Director of Special Projects and has been there ever since. Aside from working with many of the best creators in comics, he created the Absolute format, as well as originating Artist’s Editions.

Fabian Nicieza is a writer best known for his comic book work and as the co-creator of Marvel’s billion-dollar Deadpool franchise. Her latest works are the graphic novels Ruby Falls (2020) with artist Flavia Biondi and The Seeds (2021) with artist David Aja, both for Berger Books/Dark Horse, and upcoming projects for Marvel.

Ann Nocenti will be appearing Friday and Saturday, October 28-29 only.

Richard Pace resides in Toronto, Canada, looking down upon the Americans to the south with moments of both humor and dread. From this perch, he has deployed his illustration skills on titles for Vertigo and Marvel, has also co-written Dale Keown’s Pitt and Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham, and is the co-creator, with Mark Russell, of the hit indie AHOY Comics series Second Coming.

Dexter Vines was born and raised in Atlanta GA and is one of comics most prolific and well-respected artist inkers in the business with over 25 years of experience. Dexter has worked for almost every major comic publisher over his long career. Having worked on some of the biggest projects from Superman/BatmanCivil War, and Wolverine: Old Man Logan, Dexter is still going strong with no end in sight.
