Niantic has announced a new event for Pokémon GO. Read on below to learn more:
Flaunt your style and your love of costumed Pokémon during this fashion-forward event.
Strut the catwalk—or your neighborhood—with extra swagger as you add more Pokémon to your Pokédex during Pokémon GO Fashion Week 2022. From September 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to October 3, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time, catch and research with style as the always-fashionable Shiny Furfrou, the cool and colorful Mareanie, and the tantalizingly toxic Toxapex make their Pokémon GO debuts. Don’t forget to build up your reserves of Furfrou Candy so you can change Furfrou’s form and experience each of its many unique looks. Other Pokémon will appear in the wild, in raids, and in Eggs wearing their own fabulous costumes. You can also complete themed Timed Research tasks to earn encounters with these avant-garde Pokémon.

Mareanie and several Pokémon sporting the latest fashions are making their runway debuts in Pokémon GO! Furfrou also makes its return to shine on stage in its various forms.
Keep a sharp eye out for other stylish Pokémon that are ready to trend in the wild, through research tasks, and from Eggs.
In proper Fashion Week style, the in-game shop will have new avatar items fresh off the catwalk, along with a sale on select avatar items so Trainers can be as hip as their Buddy Pokémon!
