Atomic Mass Games Announces Four ‘Star Wars Legion Battle Force Starter Sets’

‘501st Legion,’ ‘Blizzard Force,’ ‘Echo Base Defenders,’ and ‘Separatist Invasion Force’

Atomic Mass Games announced four Star Wars Legion Battle Force Starter Sets for release on September 16, 2022.

The 501st Legion starter set comes with troops from the most renowned army in the Grand Army of the Republic. This set comes with Anakin Skywalker as their commander as well as 18 Arc Troopers, 10 Phase-II Clone Troopers, and an AT-RT. It also includes Anakin’s Command cards, 4 generic Command cards, and 32 reprinted upgrade cards.

Blizzard Force showcases the Imperial army that led the invasion of Hoth. Darth Vader commands this force of three units of Imperial Snowtroopers, an AT-ST, a unit of 74-Z Speeder Bikes, and new Stormtrooper Heavy Response unit. It also comes with reprints of Darth Vader’s three Command cards for the core set, three new Command cards, and 26 reprinted upgrade cards.

Echo Base Defenders represents the force of plucky Rebels that defended Hoth in The Empire Strikes Back. This band of fighters is led by Leia, Chewbacca, and R2-D2 miniatures. It also comes with 24 Rebel Veterans, 4 Tauntaun riders, a Laser Cannon Team, and C-3PO as well as the Command cards for Leia, R2-D2, and Chewbacca. Additionally, this set comes four generic Command cards and 33 reprinted upgrade cards.

Separatist Invasion Force features a droid army led by General Grievous. This army includes a Grevious miniature, with three of his Command cards, 24 Battle Droids, 4 Droidekas, 5 Magnaguards, and an AAT. It also has four generic Command cards and 31 reprinted upgrade cards.

Each of these sets will retail for $149.99.
