AleXa is coming to Otakon 2022

Award-winning K-pop singer-songwriter and dancer AleXa has been added to the official guest roster for Otakon 2022, according to Otakorp Inc.

AleXa’s rise to fame began with an online talent competition, Rising Legends, where she received more than one million votes. After signing with Korean artist agency ZB Label, AleXa went on to feature in “PRODUCE 48,” the most competitive audition show in Korea.
 
Her 2019 multilingual debut “Bomb” hit #7 on Billboard’s “World Digital Song Sales” chart. In 2020, AleXa received two of Korea’s most prestigious awards, Asia Artist Awards and Soribada Awards, for her releases “Do or Die” and “DECOHERENCE” under the ICM label. Her star continued to rise in 2021 with the release of ReviveR and the hit dance track “Xtra.” 2022 has seen the release of the breakout hit mid-tempo dance track “Tattoo,” and scheduled appearances on the TV series “American Song Contest,” a remake of the hugely popular “Eurovision Song Contest.”

Otakon 2022 takes place July 29th to 31st in Washington, DC at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
