Rio Grande Games revealed Watch, a new rondel board game, for release in Q1 2022.
In Watch, players are at a Soviet watch factory that used to be a World War II era munitions factory. They are there to make gears, but they also need the gears to hide the munitions crates they are smuggling out. Players try to hide their mischievous actions from other players while using the factory’s monitoring system to catch their opponents’ actions and extract bribes from them. This game blends espionage with the elements of a rondel game mechanism to create a unique Eurogame theme.
This game is for one to four players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 45-60 minutes.
Rio Grande Games also recently announced Messina 1847, the latest board game by Delicious Games (see “Rio Grande Games Announces ‘Messina 1347’“).
