Legendary Event: Father or Foe is back and now underway in Pokémon Masters EX until September 15 at 10:59 p.m. PT, full event details revealed

DeNA is continuing to add more events and new features to Pokémon Masters EX on a regular basis. Read on below to learn more:

Legendary Event: Father or Foe is back!

You can team up with Ghetsis & Kyurem in this event.

With rewards from the Prize Box and the Event Missions, you will be able to raise the potential and move level of Ghetsis & Kyurem to the highest level.

Event Details

You can complete battles and progress through the event to team up with Ghetsis & Kyurem!

You can collect Legendary Prize Coins O by completing battles, then use them to pull from the Prize Box!

When you pull a grand prize from the Prize Box, you can move on to the next Prize Box pool.

Grand prizes include 5★-Guaranteed Scout Tickets, Ghetsis & Kyurem’s Custom ★ Power-Ups, and more!

Lineup Bonuses

You can earn bonus rewards if you have specific Sync Pairs in your lineup for battles in this event.

The more of these sync pairs you place in your lineup, the more rewards you will obtain!

  • N & Zekrom:Legendary Prize Coins O ×1.6!
  • Alder & Volcarona:Legendary Prize Coins O ×1.6!
  • Sygna Suit Elesa & Rotom:Legendary Prize Coins O ×1.4!
  • Elesa & Zebstrika:Legendary Prize Coins O ×1.4!
  • Burgh & Leavanny:Legendary Prize Coins O ×1.4!
  • Skyla & Swanna:Legendary Prize Coins O ×1.2!
  • Iris & Haxorus:Legendary Prize Coins O ×1.2!
  • Cheren & Stoutland:Legendary Prize Coins O ×1.2!
  • Ghetsis & Kyurem:Legendary Prize Coins O ×1.2!

The lineup bonus is ×1 by default and varies according to which sync pairs are on the team.

Example 1: If you place a ×1.6 Sync Pair and a ×1.2 Sync Pair on your team, you will receive ×1.8 the number of Legendary Prize Coins O.

Example 2: If you place a ×1.6 Sync Pair and a ×1.6 Sync Pair on your team, you will receive ×2.2 the number of Legendary Prize Coins O.

Event Missions

You can take on special missions during the event period.

If you meet certain conditions in event missions, you can earn event medals and acquire Ghetsis & Kyurem more times to level up their moves.

Exchange Items

Item exchanges are currently available in conjunction with Legendary Event: Father or Foe.

If you no longer need to raise potential for Ghetsis & Kyurem, you can exchange Ghetsis & Kyurem’s Custom ★ Power-Ups that you get in the Prize Box for items such as 5★ Power-Ups.

Note: To exchange items for this event, go to the Exchange Items menu in the Shop, then look for the Legendary Event: Father or Foe section of the Event tab.

Important

  • This event’s story is the same as the previously held Legendary Event: Father or Foe.Note: You can claim the rewards even if you previously completed the Legendary Event: Father or Foe.
  • To participate, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
  • The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those you can actually obtain.
  • Items remaining in the prize box will no longer be obtainable after proceeding to the next prize pool.
  • When the prize box closes, leftover Legendary Prize Coins O will be converted into coins (10 coins per Legendary Prize Coin O) and sent to your Present Box.
  • Please note that if you fulfill the requirements to acquire Ghetsis & Kyurem after their Move Level has been upgraded to 5, you will get a 3★ Power-Up instead of a 5★ Power-Up.
  • All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
  • The content is subject to change without notice.
