Archie Comics’ Bite-Sized Archie webcomic, written by Ron Cacace, drawn by Vincent Lovallo, will come to print in Spring 2022. This is the first time that Archie Comics has published a webcomics collection of any sort; Bite-Sized Archie is posted weekly on the Archie social media accounts and on Tinyview Comics. The first volume will go on sale on April 27, 2022 in the direct market and May 17, 2022, in bookstores, with an MSRP of $12.99. In addition to a year’s worth of comics, the 112-page collection will include bonus sketches and information about the process of creating the comics.
The comics are coming from inside the house at Archie: Cacace, who has been with the company since 2014, is their Director of Publicity & Social Media, and Lovallo is the Art Director. The pair also created the “Outer Space Strips” bonus comics in Cosmo the Merry Martian.
